Being the first dedicated building and pest inspection company in Canberra gives us the experience, knowledge and the people to undertake any job, and we’re expanding to provide our service throughout Australia! This enables us to provide you with a property report that has been carried out to the highest standards and levels of professionalism. Each year we carry out in excess of 18,000 inspections.
We are a fully licenced and insured company and a proud member of the Master Builders Association and the Institute of Building Consultants. We work in accordance with the current Australian Standards and, because we are independent of any third parties, you can be confident that the property report has been written for you.
All property inspections will be carried out by highly trained industry professionals, to provide you with a comprehensive and independent property report at the most competitive price.
Our building and pest inspectors cover South East and Greater Queensland, up to Cairns and the Tropical North, Perth North and the Swan Valley region in Perth as well as Northern NSW,Canberra, Sydney, Central Coast and Coffs Harbour in New South Wales.
